Geraldin Hamann, a young and talented Colombian female boxer, trains in the boxing gym in Cali, Colombia. During the recent years, Kina Malpartida, a Peruvian female professional boxer, has won the World Championship title several times and so she has become a sporting idol and an inspiration for a generation of young girls throughout Latin America. Working out hard in poorly equipped gyms, they dream of becoming a boxing star. The Cauca Valley and the Caribbean coast are believed to be a home of the most talented female boxers in Colombia.
